Inner Thigh Toner

step 1) Stand in your power

Stand in the power position with feet together, arms straight out in front of you and hands clasped. Lift your right leg out to the side. Keeping your foot flexed, immediately step into a side lunge.

step 2) Lift and feel it

Return to the starting position, pulling your right foot slowly back to the left, lifting it up and keeping it off the floor the entire time.

step 3) And again

Without touching down, immediately go into the next rep. Complete a full set, and then switch legs.

In that hard-to-reach inner thigh area, as well as your outer thighs and glutes.

For the full toning impact of this move, squeeze your thigh muscles as hard as you can as you pull your lunging back to center. By keeping your working leg off the floor, you'll get a butt-busting benefit.
