I Do
“What do you do?” How many times have you been asked that question? At parties, at family gatherings, whenever you meet someone new, the first words out of the person’s mouth after “hello” are “What do you do?”
We are largely defined not just by who we are (I Am), but also by what we do (I Do). Sure, part of that is your career – the work you do to buy food and keep the lights on. But after Showing It Love for a while, a growing part of you should be defined by movement, as in “I do 10Ks,” “I do Woman Warrior exercises,” or “I do the most amazing things with my body!” I Do is all about reaching your physical potential.
Try something completely different
Don’t be the girl in the gym who wants only to look good and feel like a pro at everything she does. Every time you feel yourself settling into a comfortable routine, break out of that mold and keep growing. Here are just a few things clients have been inspired to try (and often end up loving):
